All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain Joe Igbokwe has come under fire from popular singer and half of the former P-Square, Paul Nonso Okoye, often known as Rudeboy, for his remarks regarding the group’s breakup.
Paul Okoye reportedly claimed lately that P-Square had broken up again, just three years after they had reformed in 2021 following their 2016 breakup.
Igbokwe had chastised them for not being able to handle their problems despite being twin brothers in response to their most recent breakup. He also took a shot at their private life.
Igbokwe posted on his Facebook page, saying: “So shameful that two twin brothers Paul and Peter cannot work together, cannot love one another, they cannot trust each other, they cannot think together, they cannot reason together, they cannot forgive each other, they cannot manage their wives, they cannot manage their success story, they cannot control their emotions, they cannot manage their internal contradictions, even their wives could not help matters, what about their parents, their brothers and sisters, their Nnaochie? etc. This is a shame.
“It pains me to no end. Now, are there no elders in the family? This is success without brains. Education without character. Make shame catch us small na. When Gold rusts what will Iron do? Ndi ara akwu eke. Awon werey.”
Paul was offended by his remark and attacked Igbokwe on his Instagram page. He requested that the APC leader concentrate on addressing the suffering that he and his party brought about in the nation.
“Joe Igbokwe, your papa! Elder wey mumu! Focus on the country wey you put mouth scatter! People are hungry!” he said.
