Grammy-winning artist Damini Ogulu, also known as Burna Boy, declares that he hascollected anything from a politician in Nigeria.
In a tweet shared on his X Twitter on Thursday, the sober hinted that former Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike had betrayed his promise to him after winning the Grammy.
Recalls that in 2021, Wike promised to provide Burna Boy money and a plot of land in exchange for his Grammy Award victory.
This occurred when Rivers State held a homecoming ceremony for Burna Boy, whose album “Twice as Tall” won the Best Global Music record category.
However, Burna Boy mentioned in the post: “No politician has ever given anything. Go ask wike where the land him give me or which money him give me. You think I’m your faves.”
