Singer Tyla from South Africa has voiced her displeasure with the way Chidimma Vanessa Onwe Adetshina, a previous Miss South Africa contestant, was treated. Due to criticism regarding her nationality, Chidimma pulled from the competition.
Tyla claims that Adetshina was intimidated out of the competition.
Tyla shared a report of Adetshina’s withdrawal and offered support, stating, “Disappointed that this happened to her, but wish you all the best girl. Kill it!”
She emphasised her stance against bullying, saying, “I will always stand with South Africa, I just feel regardless of the opinions… She was bullied and that’s what I don’t stand for.”
