Cardi B, an American hip-hop star, has stated that she has no plans to retire from music, despite reports made by controversial rapper-turned-podcaster Joe Budden that she will not release another album.
Cardi slammed Budden for disparaging her project’s marketing and accused him of drug use.
The Grammy-winning musician said Budden had been abusing her in the media and pitting her against other female rappers.
She chastised the podcaster for targeting her despite giving him “a lap dance two times in Starlets” when he was “high as f**k on coke” during her exotic dance career.
Cardi B declared during a recent X space with fans: “I’m not a quitter. I might procrastinate, but I’ll never quit music. Not letting these b*tches take my bags!”
