Emmanuel Amuneke, a former winger for the Super Eagles team, has supported Victor Osimhen’s planned departure to Paris Saint-Germain.
PSG, the Ligue 1 winners, are now seeking to sign Osimhen this summer.
The contract for the Nigerian international includes a €130 million release clause.
Osimhen’s international breakthrough came at the U-17 level thanks to Amuneke, who said that the forward’s career will benefit from a move to PSG.

“PSG are a big team who play in the UEFA Champions League, it will be a welcome development if he moved there),” Amuneke declared.
“To grow is a welcome development after he has done a lot for Napoli.
“He’s our star, he has to be playing and he knows what he wants.”
