Tyla, a South African singer and Grammy Award winner, has been nominated for an MTV Video Music Award (VMA), along with Burna Boy, Tems, Davido, Ayra Starr, Lojay, and Pheelz.
Their names were revealed a few days ago as the 2024 VMA nominees, musicians whose work and impact over the years have changed the music business and sparked discussions throughout the world.
The “Best Afrobeats” category has recognized the rising artists of African music.
