Joao Neves from Benfica is set to sign with Paris Saint-Germain. Renato Sanches will leave as a result of the agreement.
PSG will give Benfica €60 million, €10 million in add-ons, and Sanches, according to Sky in Germany.
Manchester United, who are interested in acquiring Manuel Ugarte from PSG, was also connected to Neves.
However, the Ligue 1 winners are unwilling to part with Ugarte for less than €70 million.
When they signed Ugarte from Sporting Lisbon last summer for an alleged €60 million, they wanted to turn a profit.
